Refund Window We offer refunds within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
No Return Required You are not required to return the item to receive a refund. We want to make the process as simple and convenient as possible for you.
Proof of Issue Required To process your refund, we may request documentation in the following cases:
- Damaged goods: Clear photos or videos showing the damage to the item and/or packaging.
- Wrong item or sizing: Photos of the item received, including any tags or labels, compared to your original order details.
Documentation must be submitted within the 7-day refund window. Refunds will not be processed without the required proof when requested.
How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund, please contact us at kjtradingcompanysupport@gmail.com with your order number and any required documentation. Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method according to your Bank.
Non-Refundable Items Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
